Our speech language pathologists have their Masters degrees and have earned both their Clinical Competency Certificates from the American Speech Language Hearing Association as well as their Ohio Licenses. Each year, they get recertified for CPR and successfully complete a written competency examination. Our therapists have extensive experience in writing IEP's, IFP's, and requests for augmentative communication devices. Many have training in early intervention, behavior modification, Modified Barium Swallow tests, and American Sign Language as well as school certification. We work closely with other professionals, physicians and families to offer the highest quality multidisciplinary care and intervention. Professional Speech Services Inc is owned and operated by Speech-Language Pathologists. This practice was founded in 1993 by Mary F. Mason who saw a need for a specialized private practice in the Central Ohio area. Originally the practice consisted of two employees and two contracts. We now have 20 employees and cover the area of Columbus, to the south in Circleville, West; Marysville, North; Upper Sandusky East Fairfield, Ohio. There are currently over 50 various contract sites that we have relationships with. Professional Speech Services employees only the most professional Speech-Language Pathologists, thus living-up to the company's name. All staff is talented and diversified with the pediatric through the geriatric clients.
