Hi. My name is Duke C. Brown, Sr. I am the owner of Professional Services Unlimited and am the home inspector for our company. Not all home inspectors are created equal. As with any other professions the fact that someone can obtain a state license does not mean that they are professional or qualified to perform a proper home inspection or to effectively convey to you any pertinent information on your home purchase or sale. Below is a list of my qualifications, experience and a list of the professional associations which I am a part of. When choosing an inspector check their qualifications. If they don't add up to ours call us. We are your professional home inspection service. Established Professional Services Unlimited in 1980. 29 years in operation with thousands of satisfied customers. I have been licensed for approximately 28 years. I used to build approximately 8-10 homes per year, mostly custom homes.
