With 30 years of industry experience, Bob is the creative guru and head honcho of the Design Department. John has a true knack for "people management" and brings over 20 years of experience to Poynter Landscape Architecture & Construction. Donnie is a true professional with 25 years of industry experience. His attention to detail and extensive knowledge of plants, soils and Landscape Construction Management ensure that your project is installed accurately, efficiently and with care. With 30 years in the industry, Don brings a wealth of knowledge in Landscape Design, Landscape Lighting, Irrigation, Installation, Horticulture Maintenance and Arboriculture. Don is a jack of all trades, working in Design/Build Sales, Maintenance Sales, running our AfterCare Program and maintaining all of our equipment.
