It is a process that helps you reach your ultimate goals and I truly believe it’s a powerful tool. If you are looking for tools to help alleviate symptoms, I can help with that. If you want to explore and find the reasons, I can help with that too! I take a collaborative approach and make sure my clients feel empowered throughout the therapy process. I believe there is not one correct approach to therapy and adjust to meet each individual client’s needs. Working with people is my passion, and I promise a nonjudgmental, honest, and even humorous ride. I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Mount Mary University in Wisconsin. I knew I wanted to help people at a very young age so I started studying Psychology in high school. I have years of experience working in the helping field. I started my journey volunteering in hospitals and for mental health crisis lines. I have experience working in outpatient, in-home, overseas, corrections and inpatient facility settings. I have worked with a wide range of ages from children to geriatrics. I’m excited that my journey has led me here and that I will get the opportunity to help you on your path to wellness. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my pup, Meeko, and my bunny, RC. I love everything outdoors from hiking to enjoying a book on the patio.
