Here at Pole Cat Customs Smokers we are building "Ugly Drum" style smokers with a twist. We have designed the "ULTIMATE" in drum smokers. What makes them best in the Ugly Drum Smoker smoker business comes down to several factors. First of all ours is designed to open from the front (patent in process) which retains the heat and smoke, all others open from the top which results in loosing all heat and smoke when the top is removed. You design it,we built it... All of our PoleCat Custom Smokers will start from a new single sheet of heavy 12 guage steel.
