In 1988 Mort Rezak and Mitchell Singer envisioned a new age for the over-the-counter private-label industry. One where, delivering service, value and quality to the customer would be the guiding principle. Their vision soon became reality when the two incorporated PL Developments, an innovative company that would provide OTC private-label products in a wide range of categories to the marketplace. In 15 years, PL Developments has grown from that vision to one of the largest and most respected suppliers in the OTC private label industry. PL Developments expanded into new state-of-the-art distribution centers and production facilities, and has implemented new machinery and added new talent throughout its company.
