The Pittsburgh Penguins have won two Stanley Cup championships in 1991-92. The organization is a team of administrators, coaches and professional athletes in the National Hockey League. The Penguins is a member of the Atlantic Division in the Eastern Conference of the NHL. The team has produced several Hall of Fame players, such as Andy Bathgate, Scotty Bowman, Paul Coffey, Joe Mullen, Bryan Trottier and Mario Lemieux, the owner of the Penguins. The team, which plays in the Mellon Arena in Pittsburgh, was added to the NHL in 1967 when the league doubled in size. The Pittsburgh Penguins wear black, white, silver and gold.
