Founded in 1922, Pine Hall Brick is the nation's largest supplier of clay pavers. The family-owned company manufactures face brick, pavers and special-shaped bricks at its three plants in Madison, N.C., and one near Calhoun, Ga., which employ a total of more than 200 people and boast a production capacity that exceeds 250 million bricks per year. Pine Hall was featured on ABC s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition in 2005 when it delivered the nearly 9,000 bricks used to build a home for the show. Headquartered in Winston-Salem, N.C., Pine Hall s bricks and pavers are sold in approximately 35 states by more than 150 distributors.
