Our studio is a fully equipped classical base apparatus studio. Our goal is to offer clients the training programs that Joe Pilates discovered to be the effective body conditioing program. Our classical base approach in training serves all types of body conditioning/fitness goal. Wether training as an athlete, dancer, becoming pregnant or pregnant, continuing injury rehabilitation, seniors or just seeking to be fit.
