L.E. Phillips Scout Reservation is a more than 1,400 acres of summer camp operated by the Chippewa Valley Council. It offers the Cub Scout Resident Camp Program. The camp organizes a variety of archery, swimming, boating, foil cooking and handicraft sessions. L.E. Phillips Scout Reservation maintains Webelos Adventure Camp for boys entering grade five. It also provides the Parent and Pal program. L.E. Phillips Scout Reservation s day camp provides several field and water games. It houses the High Adventure Base for scouts who are 13 years and above. The club s merit badge program offers swimming and boating, including canoeing, rowing and waterskiing. L.E. Phillips Scout Reservation s Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience (C.O.P.E.) program helps to challenge the mental and physical aspects of members in personal and group settings.
