Phil Sr. is a second-generation landscape professional. His father instilled many of the virtues that guide him in life and in business: Honesty, Family, and Responsibility. Arriving to the office each day no later than 5:00 AM, he is the steady force behind the company's success. Phil Jr. graduated from Bentley College in 2005 and joined the company in 2009 after spending 4 years at the public accounting firm KPMG. His primary functions are putting his accounting skills to use preparing estimates and working to market and grow the company for the next generation.
