Our firm stands apart in two ways:
First, we offer our clients a rare combination of national "large firm" commercial litigation experience and a proven record of successful performance at trial. Prior to founding this firm, we worked for years with the nation's best litigators at some of America's leading law firms, and our attorneys have represented some of the world's largest companies in disputes where millions and even billions of dollars were at stake. At the same time, our collective experience, including prior government service, encompasses dozens of victories in jury trials as well as bench trials.
Second, we are committed to placing our unique capabilities at the disposal of a wide range of clients, and our rates reflect the strength of this commitment. For the past decade, the cost of legal services has climbed steadily upward, often with no corresponding benefit to the clients for whom these services are performed. This has forced large corporations to devote an excessive share of their operating budgets to legal services, and has placed quality legal representation entirely out of the reach of many smaller businesses and individuals. This trend is not sustainable. Potential clients will find that our rates are significantly lower than those of many comparable firms, and are less than half the amount charged by lawyers with similar experience at many large firms. We are also open to a variety of alternative fee arrangements, and are happy to discuss the available options with clients who seek to retain us.
