I am versatile in many computer software programs and practice excellent written/verbal communication skills. A tenacious problem solver, including but not limited to computer issues. My work experience has been as the office manager - project manager for a residential/commercial paint contracting company, a typist for a court reporting firm where I performed all my work from my home including the scheduling of the court reporters for depositions/court hearings, public relations with the attorneys and their respective para professional employees, a virtual assistant assisting a small business owner to design business cards, letterhead, and perform collections on overdue accounts.
