Open Call Fitness Ltd was established in May 2012 by owner, Tammy Rider, in an attempt to create an environment where all martial artists are welcome to come and work out and collaborate.  Miss Tammy also wanted to provide fitness and self-defense classes to the people in our community.  We are dedicated to the health, wellness, and safety of our community.  Open Call Fitness is a family friendly studio.   Open Call Fitness provides a friendly, positive, and uplifting environment to achieve your goals. We are a group fitness studio offering classes in cardio and strength and conditioning, Zumba, Yoga, and 1/2 hour lunch-time sessions in cardio and strength training.  We are also martial arts experts.  We offer classes in a traditional and practical Okinawa Kenpo style called RyuKyu Hon Kenpo Kobujutsu, women-only self defense practice, street based self-defense, and open fight nights.  Open Call Fitness is also excited to offer professional stunt training as well as fighting for films.
