It also offers child care, transportation and spiritual services. The association has received the 1996 Human Services Program of the Year Award from the Community Foundation of the Capital Region. The Eddy Visiting Nurse Association additionally administers the AIDS Long-Term Home Health Care Program. It is a part of Northeast Health.
