The trainers and equipment can accommodate women of any body type, from twelve years old to over a hundred years young. Not everyone comes to the gym with the same needs and abilities; some clients may be recovering from surgery where as others are simply looking to lose weight and tone muscle. This safely allows women of all abilities to work out every muscle group without any of the typical soreness.
