This provides increased independence for both adults and children, and assistance to their families. Tim motivates his team of dog trainers to keep an open mind to new ideas and training methods by providing education, knowledge base and skill base evaluation. To thrive to do their best. To be passionate about their chosen career as a dog trainer. To look at the new dog in training of having a different characteristic from the last dog in training, by knowing that not one method of training fits all dogs and not all training sessions are done exactly alike.
