Utilizing highly effective state-of-the-art instruments and an in-house LIMS system for monitoring samples throughout the testing process, we deliver the highest quality service and client confidentiality available. As part of our ongoing dedication to quality management and client satisfaction, OMIC USA Inc participates in a variety of highly regarded certifications and accreditations in the independent laboratory profession. Our lab also partakes in regular proficiency testing, and laboratory personnel are routinely updated and trained in the newest tests and methods in their fields of expertise. However, the advantages that OMIC USA Inc clients enjoy don't stop there. Our exceptionally fast turnaround times, customizable certifications and reports, in-house sample retention times, client confidentiality, and customer support all contribute to our strengths as an internationally recognized and respected Analytical Testing Laboratory. All perishable samples and pesticide and herbicide analysis samples should be frozen before being sent to our lab. Please ship the sample in an insulated container with ice packs, or dry ice, to keep the contents at optimum temperature. Be sure to thoroughly pack any samples that may have a high juice or liquid content as they may leak and contaminate other samples. A Sample Submission Form must accompany all samples; without one we cannot begin the analysis process. Please include the form with the sample, or email or fax us a copy of the completed form before the sample arrives. Samples are accepted Monday through Friday, 8: 00 a.m. to 5: 00 p.m. (Pacific Time). Special delivery times can be arranged in advance if required. Please contact us if this applies to you.
