Cloud Concrete was founded in 1928 and joined the Oldcastle group in 1999. The company has facilities in Lexington, Ky., and LaVergne, Tenn. These facilities service customers from northern Alabama to Ohio and Indiana. Oldcastle Precast is one of five United States divisions of CRH plc, a leading international building materials group with headquarters at Belgard Castle in Dublin, Ireland.
