Our Pawn Shop located in Olathe and conveniently located 1 block south of Santa Fe on Mur-len Road in Olathe. We are located to serve the following cities Olathe, Ottawa, Paola, Spring Hill, Louisburg, Garnett, Gardner, Stillwell, Overland Park, Lenexa, Merriam, Shawnee, Edgerton, Kansas City, Johnson County, Wyandotte County, Lees Summitt, Leawood, Raytown, Independence, Mission, Bonner Springs, Lansing, Leavenworth, Jackson County etc. You may say, "There is a closer pawn shop," but we regularly get customers every day that travel to our pawnshop from those locations. I ask them every time "Why did you come to our shop and pass 50 other pawn shops to come to Olathe Trading Post & Pawn." There answer usually is "You were the most friendly on the phone." or the answer is "My friend told me that Olathe Trading Post & Pawn was the only pawn shop to go to." Our standards are built on reputation, honesty, fairness and understanding. My Grandfather and Father taught me about reputation and that reputation can make or break you. We buy gold and when we buy gold or anything else we pay a fair price. Now realize we cant give totally what it is worth because we do have to make money also. We buy gold and silver for closer to that of the gold and silver market price because we are not a junk buyer like many we buy gold and silver places are. Our gold and silver is resold as jewelry if it can be so we pay more for it. Would you take a running car to a junkyard to sell it? They scrap all of it out so they are buying the gold and silver parts, not the gold and silver jewelry.
