WHAT WE DO: Hurd & Obenchain, Inc specializes in engineering design and commissioning services of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Information Technology Systems for K-12 educational facilities, higher educational facilities of all types, health care facilities, commercial buildings, retirement facilities and local governments. H&O provides these planning, design and commissioning services to Owners, architects and other engineers.HOW WE DO IT: These services include producing the following: plans, specifications, investigations, studies, reports, energy analysis and construction administration. H&O has no financial interests in the construction industry, or the manufacturing or sale of equipment. For new construction or renovation type projects, we provide all of the engineering necessary for the satisfactory design, installation and operation of the mechanical and electrical systems.
