A two-minute walk from Lake Apopka, the laid-back Oakland Manor House, is just three miles from Winter Garden and a mile from Florida's Turnpike. The West Orange Trail, part of a coast-to-coast trail system, runs through the neighborhood and it's just a short walk along the Trail to the Oakland Nature Preserve. The five warm, artfully decorated rooms, each have a different theme which showcases an aspect of Central Florida's history. The suites have sitting areas and, Grace's Luxury Suite, has two bedrooms and a large soaking tub for two. Three rooms feature lake views through towering Live Oak trees . The upstairs coffee lounge has views of Lake Apopka. All of the rooms at the Oakland Manor House have private baths. In addition to an organic breakfast, there's a cozy lounge on the main floor with a fireplace for the guests to enjoy. Other amenities include yoga, pilates, and meditation classes and art and music workshops, as well as meeting and event space for up to 50 people.
