We can provide mobility assistance, bathing, safety checks, hospice support, companionship, and mental stimulation. Moving out of your home can be very stressful. We'll help you remain in the warmth of your own home - in your own recliner, in your own comfortable bed, with your pets and the comforts of home at your side.

She has advanced physical therapy education in treatment of osteoporosis and incontinence, with certification in lymphedema (chronic swelling) and Kinesio Taping. She is committed to excellence in care and is focused on the patient's needs rather than profit. Her goal is to help clients optimize their mobility, improve strength, balance and safety, and remain at home as long as they desire.
Physical Therapy services include skilled physical therapy treatment as ordered by a physician. Our therapists offer expertise in a broad range of therapeutic services including:

At Home Therapy PC will provide treatment in your home, even if you're not home bound, so you can avoid traveling to the out-patient clinic. Services will be billed to Medicare and Blue Cross/Blue Shield as able.
We also offer personal training sessions for those who are motivated to improve their strength and balance but don't qualify for Medicare reimbursed therapy services. Personal training sessions can be scheduled 2-8 times per month to help you maintain or increase your mobility. These sessions can also be used as a short term option to have a professional physical therapist establish and exercise program which can be later supervised by family members or our home care assistants.
