Nilles Associates, Inc ( NAI ) is a full-service Civil Engineering firm with offices located in Ankeny, Iowa and Waterloo, Iowa. Established in 1996, we have grown from a small surveying firm to a mid-sized full service Civil Engineering firm serving a wide range of private and public clients. Under the leadership of John P. Nilles, PE, PLS the Company has grown to become a leader in providing innovative designs for projects such as reverse osmosis water treatment projects and a new 1, 100 acre urbanism community. Our visionary team of personnel gives NAI the ability to provide our clients with cutting edge design solutions. The Structure of NAI is built on the solid foundation of design professionals with several years of design expertise that bring a diverse catalogue of project-related experience. The variety within our experience gives our staff a wealth of expertise to draw from when working on challenging projects.
