Twenty years ago, New Mexico Pinon Coffee Company started with the original owner roasting coffee out of the back of his classic red pickup truck in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Today, New Mexico Pinon Coffee is one of the largest coffee roasters in the state of New Mexico, roasting over 1 million pounds of coffee in 2015. Our products can be found in just about every grocery store in New Mexico as well as Costco Colorado and in Trader Joe’s nationwide. As we grow, we are still family-owned and operated, and dedicated to excellent customer service. New Mexico Pinon Coffee is the Official Coffee Sponsor of the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, the largest balloon gathering in the world! New Mexico Pinon Coffee is also a founding member of the New Mexico Coffee Association, a non-profit organization that promotes and unites New Mexican coffee roasters and coffee shops. We love our community and place a large focus on giving back – we created and sponsor the Southwest Dodgeball Tournament, where all net proceeds are donated to a non-profit organization. Our coffee is made of a multi-bean blend of the finest high-altitude Arabica coffee and our custom pinon flavoring. Our coffees are hand-roasted under the watchful supervision of our master roasters to assure quality, flavor, and aroma. The result? A rich coffee with a smooth nutty flavor available in a light, medium, or dark roast. Aside from our Traditional Pinon coffee, we offer almost 30 flavors including our own locally inspired flavors of Biscochito and Mexican Spiced Chocolate, as well as a specialty line of Signature Blends. In addition to coffee, we also offer a selection of delicious foods, spices, and salsas that are made in New Mexico.
