Since 1978, New Life Hiking Spa has been providing affordable wellness and weight loss retreats in the Green Mountains. As the name suggests, hiking is the pinnacle of the programming. Three levels of guided hikes are offered each day to accommodate all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced. Freshly prepared meals, massages, fitness classes, and a private room round out this award-winning retreat each spring – early fall season. New Life has provided hiking, weight loss and wellness retreats for over 4 decades. Over the years, New Life has received many awards for affordability and incredible programming. It has been in T L as a #1 destination and in Health as 1 of 4 great weight loss retreats. New Life includes one massage for each three night stay to each guest, but it is important to understand it is not a "day spa". It is an unpretentious, come-as-you are retreat for guests to lose weight, rejuvenate and focus on their wellness in a comfortable, laid-back environment.
