Established in 1974, New Beginnings Center is a coeducational group care facility that serves children and adolescents with behavioral, emotional and educational problems. It is accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services. The center offers emergency shelter and transitional and medical care services. New Beginnings Center is located in Aberdeen, S.D. It is a division of Residential Services for Children and Youth, which provides 24-hou emergency assistance services. Residential Services for Children and Youth offers individual and family counseling services. It provides treatment options for the victims of drug and alcohol abuse.
