Jerad also serves AS of counsel in McCutcheon V. FEC, a constitutional challenge to federal limits on aggregate political contributions. Jerad was part of the three person legal team that initiated the McCutcheon case. Which was litigated before a special three judge panel in the U. S. District court for the district of columbia.
