My House Fitness takes the time to create a custom workout for you, your lifestyle, and your body type. Our personal trainers start with a wellness evaluation of your current fitness level, and as a team you develop a workout that's personalized for you and then reassess it every 2 weeks. If you are looking for the one on one attention with a trainer or if group fitness classes are more your thing, we have something for you! As a wellness center, we also offer our own supplement line and wellness workshops to get a well rounded experience. We are appointment only based gym working around our member's schedules, so call today to learn more on how you can get started to reach your health goals.
