In business for over 14 years in the East Valley of Arizona, My Favorite Web Designs is a web design and internet marketing agency. We have one of the best reputations in town, a reputation for fair pricing, easy interactions and successful outcomes in our web design and marketing projects. Our graphic design team and coding teams are some of the best in the business, and everyone in our company brings passion to the process. Owned and operated by Joshua Jacoby, himself a long time graphic designer and website coder. After graduating from Arizona State University in 2007, Josh managed digital marketing and website design for a construction company, and by 2009 My Favorite Web Designs had begun. As marketing has evolved over the years, so have the marketing services offered by My Favorite Web Designs and the teams we run. We use buddy system for our coders as well as a peer review from coding management, and currently have nine people full-time in the coding department. We have a three man team for graphics, with a dedicated artist for display ads. We have a three man team for video, dedicated and full-time, as well as voiceover capability. The video department interfaces closely with the ads department to get animated ads to combine with graphics for modern responsive display ads. We have teams for many other specialties as well, including an AdWords team, social media team, even dedicated managers for landing pages, a dedicated blog manager, and four account managers all under the supervision of our general manager and owner. Digital marketing in 2023 requires the ability to acquire new skills rapidly as new technologies emerge that demand our attention. We are all constantly growing our skill set, and growing our team so we can dedicate and specialize managers in areas that demand it.
