Mounds High School offers an extensive curriculum for students in grades nine through 12. It is located in Mounds, Okla., and is affiliated with the Mounds Public Schools. The school has an enrollment of more than 200 students. It offers a wide range of advanced placement programs, including English, chemistry and calculus. It also offers home economics, foreign language, journalism, economics, art and music, computer application, desktop publishing, Web design, library science and finance. In addition, it offers geometry, trigonometry, geography, world history, psychology, social studies, anatomy, physiology, physical science, zoology, botany and health and physical education classes. The school has various organizations, such as a speech and debate team, band, choir, beta club and the student government. Mounds High School has a variety of sports and athletics activities that include baseball, basketball, football, softball, weight lifting and track and field.
