Hello, from Christine Sessa and Elizabeth Sanderson, owners and artistic directors of Morlock School of Dance. We believe that dance is an art that should be enjoyed by everyone. As teachers we like to create a fun and creative environment for children to learn, while teaching the most current dance techniques. In doing this, we stress the importance of good dance technique, but above all we try to instill a love for dance in all of our children.Morlock School of Dance, formerly know as Mary Morlock School of Performing Arts has been in business in East Hartford for 60 years. Mary Morlock, a well respected and renowned teacher has dedicated her life to teaching children the art of dance. She has trained us as dancers and also as teachers. After 60 years of teaching, Mary has handed the studio down to us so that we may continue its legacy.
