Monico Alloys is one of the leading importers and exporters of titanium scrap in the United States. The company also has years of experience with nickel, cobalt, beryllium, zirconium and other high temperature scrap metal, as well as high temperature alloy scrap. Monico Alloys two facilities cover approximately 100,000 square feet of modern plant. The company specializes in the collection and preparation of super alloy scrap for recycling. Monico Alloys provides analysis of scrap material, as well as materials that are custom cut to customer specifications by the appropriate in-house method, such as band saw, plasma torch, hydraulic shears or cobbled in a shredder fitted with a custom automated feeding system. The material is also washed, degreased, chemically milled or shot blasted in one of five in-house wheelabrators. Monico Alloys was founded in 1979, and has more than 100 employees. The company is located in Rancho Dominguez, Calif.
