Our historic office building, one of the oldest standing structures in Blue Ash, was built in 1847. It was relatively new when great grandfather H.J. Molloy founded our company in 1900! Many changes have occurred in the world and in our profession in the 100 years that have passed since that founding, but fourth generation president Dave Molloy shares the same dedication to quality that was insisted upon by our founder those many years ago. Don Molloy, president of the company for forty-two years, serves as chairman of the board of directors. Specializing in shingles, slate/tile, flat roofs, metal roofs, custom metal, roof repairs, gutter and gutter covers and chimney repair.

Services: We offer a full line of residential services, including repair and replacement of all roof types, gutter and downspout systems, custom sheet metal work, skylights, roof ventilation systems and manufactured metal roof systems. The work will be performed by expert specialists to deliver the highest quality product with maximum efficiency. We are approved contractors for most major roofing manufacturers. We offer a wide selection of systems ranging from conventional hot asphalt and fiberglass to modern single ply products. All systems are installed by thoroughly trained specialists. A full range of repair and preventative maintenance services are also offered by Molloy Roofing Co. A number of systems our company used at the time of its founding are still used today, but many new systems have since been introduced. To maintain skills at peak levels, our staff is constantly retrained to be familiar with the latest systems, methods, materials, and safety techniques.
