Established in the early 1950's, the Mill End Store is an outgrowth of Oregon Worsted Company, a woolen textile mill founded in 1918. Based in Portland, Ore., the firm carries out its business over an 84,000-square-foot area. It serves through its seven departments, which include bridal/costume, fashion, cottons, home decor, flatfolds, notions and yarn.
