Meredith College, located in Raleigh, N.C., is an independent, private women's college. One of the leading providers of higher education in the United States, Meredith has been operational for more than 100 years. Spread on more than 200 acres of land, the college s facilities include over 1,000-seat amphitheater, concert and residence halls, music library, art galleries, research greenhouse, practice rooms, auditoriums and theaters, student centers, science and computer laboratories, child care units, and an astronomy observation deck.
