General Info:

Melanie has been in the banking industry for 22 years, beginning her career as a Branch Manager. She managed branches for Bank of America for 5 years and then First Charter for 3 years before transitioning to Commercial Banking as a Business Development Officer. Melanie came to Paragon in 2007 as a Client Development Officer responsible for bringing in and managing commercial deposits and treasury management needs. Melanie earned her BS in Management and Marketing at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She currently serves on the Advisory Council for St. Jude and also enjoys volunteering through her church and the Humane Society of Charlotte. In 2014, Melanie was selected as a winner of Charlotte’s 40 Under 40. Melanie has grown up in Charlotte and now resides in Matthews. She enjoys running, snow skiing and travelling in her spare time.
