Meghan loves people and building relationships based upon trust and listening to the things that one has to share in order to sculpt their specific nutrition plan and goals. Each individual is different, with different lives, schedules, likes/dislikes, obstacles, and goals. Therefore she feels it is very important to get to know each person in order to build his or her specific plan. Cookie cutters do not shape healthy lifestyles; each needs to be molded. The ultimate need is that the individual needs to be ready to change, and from there, there are no limits.
