We are licensed by the State of Louisiana (#58513) and carry general liability, workman’s compensation, and commercial automobile insurance. Jobs requiring a builder, or jobs that just ‘need to be done right’, are our specialty. Any project requiring multiple trades needs a project manager- and we do just that! Our company was started by Roger Poole, who began working in air conditioning, heating, and ventilation back in 1968. When Roger’s son, Ryan Poole, came on board in 2015, the company expanded into General Contracting and joined the Associated General Contractors of America as a General Contractor and Subcontractor in the mechanical industry.
