Our Principal/Owner, Brian McMillen, has been assisting clients with Design and Planning Professional Services for 16 years. Building projects are big investments both financially and in terms of quality of life. Good design invests your money intelligently - consider this before assuming that the cost of design and planning is just another expense. Appropriate design and planning are the primary keys to the success of any project. Our extensive services include commercial design, residential design, government, remodeling, interior design, site planning, master planning, permit acquisition, drawings for construction, construction observation, graphic design, ADA compliance, energy efficient/sustainable design, physical models and furniture design. Our mission is to provide our clients with the best possible work for an affordable price. We do this by using our time efficiently, and keeping our clients in the design loop. We believe that our projects don't belong to us, but belong to our clients and the project should reflect what they dream their projects should be.
