Surveying Services
Our professional survey staff utilizes the latest in survey technology, including total stations, GPS units, and integrated CADD software. Our small staff of 7 surveyors has over 100 combined years of experience! We are licensed to work in South Dakota, Iowa, and Nebraska as Land Surveyors and can work in other States for Topographic surveys and Construction staking.
We provide boundary surveys, ALTA Surveys, subdivision surveys, topographic surveys, FEMA elevation certificates, geodetic and control surveys, utility surveys, route surveys, wetland surveys, mortgage load surveys, construction stakeout, as built surveys, LIDAR Scanning, 3D modeling and transXML Transfer, communication tower surveys.
