My experience is in trauma work and healing the resulting dissociative disorders that initially served to protect you from harm. Dissociation (separating the mind from feelings that are causing anguish) can put limits on your ability to experience life fully and trust in others. It can also hold you back from experiencing joy or peace of mind. It is within a trusting relationship that I have helped my clients to implement change which has resulted in freedom from fear and anxiety. Please call me if you need help. We will collaborate to uncover the issues that stop you from succeeding. I have worked quite extensively with men and woman who suffer from PTSD and dissociative disorders as a result of trauma & abuse. If you feel isolated/disconnected from both your surroundings and other people, have uncontrolled anger or are frightened and confused by your behavior there is help available. Trauma, when not spoken about, will leave one with unresolved feelings of anxiety, self-blame, and numbness which manifests in an inability to fully trust in people or participate meaningfully in life. My intention is to help you regain the life that you deserve in a safe and trustworthy environment.
