Maum Meditation exists for the sole purpose of bringing people out of the false mind world that they are living in that includes stress, fear, anxiety, sadness, loneliness, resentment, anger, judgment, separation, boredom, purposelessness... all sorts of pain and burden. Through subtracting all this false mind with the method of Maum meditation people can remove the source of all these disturbances and come to live much better in doing so. Even one's body will become healthier as one subtracts all the false that one keeps in the mind since stress and other emotions cause so much of the problems that the body has. People become free of the limitations imposed by the memories they have held onto. People will become free of the boundaries that they themselves have created. People live according to what they have in their minds; they become slaves to the mind world they have created. Maum meditation is unique because it uses the method of subtraction to permanently discard the false mind and enlighten to the true reality. Eternal happiness can be reached only by subtracting one's false mind and then one will naturally live as one with the real world.
