An immuno-competent skin model is among the products under development from MatTek Corporation. The company is one of the worldwide industry leaders in tissue engineering. MatTek produces normal (non-transformed), human cell-derived, 3-D organotypic in vitro tissue models for use in product development/efficacy, claims substantiation, safety assessment and target organ research applications.
