MAT Inc was established in 2002 and during the last 8 years has established itself as a reliable resource in government contracting as both a prime and a subcontractor. We have a government approved accounting system utilizing Deltek Systems. In December 2009, MAT Inc was awarded the Army HRSolutions Studies and Analysis Contract as one of twelve primes. Program Management is one of MAT's Management Consulting competencies having provided program management services for one of the primes on the previous HRSolutions Recruiting & Retention Contract since 2004 ; managing multiple task orders from small to large with as many as six sub-contractors on a task order. MAT's second core competency ; Planning and Analysis, is based upon a reputation for providing responsive, analytically based answers within management decision cycles through innovative approaches, techniques, and methodologies.
