The Leadership Skills program graduates have learned focus and concentration skills which can result in better grades.  Confidence to develop a "Yes ! I can attitude". And finally, Self-Defense skills so they can AVOID the bully.  And of course have FUN - kids love it.   The Family Martial Arts Program incorporates Kenpo Ju Jitsu and the healing arts of the Dan Zan Ryu Ju Jitsu system along with the master key elements of Kali-Silat and Mui-Thai Kickboxing. One of the really great things about the family program is parents can train side-by-side with their children - all enjoying the journey to Black Belt and beyond..  Myofascial Self-Release therapy can reduce chronic pain and help rehabilitate a range of injuries. All ages can benefit from this regenerative therapy which has become more and more popular with both allopathic and alternative Therapists. Helps all ages and ranges of both non-athletes and athletes regain their full potential using this type of non-invasive technique.  Master Don Mac Kay's passion for the Martial Arts is an on-going, life-time journey.  He trained with the likes of Guro Dan Inosanto (student of Bruce Lee Sr.), Grand Master Edmund C. Parker and Grand Master Robert Trias.  Master Mac Kay is an 8th degree black belt with over 35 years' experience in multiple Martial Arts Modalities:  Kali-Silat, Kick Boxing, Weapontry, Kettle Bell, Shootfighting, and Kenpo Ju Jitsu.  He is also trained in Myofascial Release and Somatic Body Works.   For information about workshops and other events, future classes with Saturday and evening offerings, or private instruction call, or myofascial release work.
