Masonry Specialty Contractors, Inc is a start-up business. We specialize in light to medium masonry projects. I would like to qualify myself by telling you that I am a third generation brick layer, and I take pride and have a passion for my trade. In the past I have been a forman for some of the more substantial contractors in the Middle Tennessee area. This company was started with very little working capital, and has made good progress to date. However, we are not a turn key operation yet, which means we can't supply materials at this time. We still receive a 29% to 40% discount on regular CMU's that we give to the general contractor. I believe in these trying economic times its a win-win situation. If for whatever reason we do not pick up all materials in the bidding process, we expect those funds to be withheld from the labor portion of the bid. Our goal is to give the owner and general contractor a quality project that will fulfill their most demanding requirements. We feel that we can offer you superior quality at a price below our competitors. We will require bi-weekly draws, and we carry workman's comp. and general liability. All we ask is one opportunity to prove ourselves, no matter how small the project may be. We look forward to serving your company in the near future!
