Manor, located in Jonesville, Mich., is a more than130-bed, private, nonprofit residential treatment and special education facility that serves people with a variety of disorders. Manor provides treatment for developmentally disabled youth of up to 18 years with behavioral difficulties. It is approved by the Council of Accreditation of Services for Families and Children. The facility s academic program offers students elementary, junior and high school classes, and the opportunity to learn functional skills and to attend departmentalized programs. Manor also provides vocational program for students, and its vocational training ranges from simulated in-house production activities, to paid and unpaid work experiences. The community also offers various programs, including individual therapy and survivors of sexual abuse therapy programs and therapy groups for sexually abused children. Manor also provides family services, including family process, systems therapy, behavior modification, individual strategies and skill building programs. The community also offers a residential treatment program.
