MaMa LaRosa does not maintain an inventory of frozen dough. By manufacturing on a per order basis, we are able to provide our customers with the freshest, most flavorful dough on the market. Dough that has been inventoried has been frozen much longer, lengthening the proof time and losing flavor. To enhance our product even further, MaMa LaRosa pioneered the individually wrapped dough ball.
