Our aim at MCG is to help children reach their potential in each of these areas while having fun and learning cool gymnastics skills. Gymnastics is a wonderful total mind and body sport which involves physical strength, mental focus, and complete dedication. Our program at MCG is designed to help each student develop these life skills while engaged in age-appropriate activities in a fun and safe environment. We encourage energy, expression, and enthusiasm from our participants.
